Television channels get busy casting their own figment of opinions, reporters replace the job of investigators and intelligence (who in any which ways are far too relaxed to treat terrorism as national threat. Tweets flow with millions of condolences , advises and opinions, social network sites have cut and paste posts. The police gets into another investigations. The only segment that reaps the most out of such attacks are the political parties and politicians, who leave no opportunity to capitalize upon the ‘precious ‘ event !
Pakistan has by now got the status of being the sole tragedy planners for India. Doesn’t matter if the brutality was planned well within the country by the people for the people of India ! perhaps a safe reason and haven for intelligence and political world !
the fault doesn’t rest with the political or the policing system ! somewhere we the people are equally involved in fanning terrorism !
why does incidents like Mumbai happen too frequently in our country ?
are separatists the only perpetrators to be blamed /
don’t we have our own naxals and Maoists who maim much more people within the country than all the terrorist attacks put together !
if there’s one thing every terrorist worth his bullet is assured by now in India is THEIR SAFETY AND HOSPITALITY ! The so called judicial provisions ensure every peace breaker of the following facts
1. India has one of the lengthiest judicial drags around the world. I wont speak much on ajmal kasab whose almost become an iconic figure in India today
2. As on date the Indian security system does not have an integrated body like FBI that’s a collective body of policing, intelligence, counter terrorism, and empowered to act independently.
3. India’s diplomatic vulnerability . No you cant do an Abbottabad . you need to understand your own limitations.
Gujarat blasts aren’t a long drawn story and this is what happened to 76 anti nationals who were professionally nabbed by the Gujarat police and its anti terrorist squad with 30 working days.
The issue is willingness! Narendra Modi took this as a personal issue and did not sleep till the last bastard was apprehended. There was no holds barred ! Gujarat ATS took this as a personal mission to nab the perpetrators and nab they did. Taking help from corporate , hiring their private jets to maintain secrecy and raiding every nooks and corners of the country the Gujarat ATS dragged and smoked out the last living terrorist from their hide outs !
If a state government with limited resources can show such an international competence in tackling the perpetrators, why on earth can ministry at the center not do a similar act with far more resources ! the question my dear, is the willingness to handle such issues. For they know we Indian suffer from selective amnesia and no one can beat us in forgetting issues and forgiving the governance.
SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HISTORIC CASE OF 76 TERRORISTS WHO WERE NABBED BY THE GUJARAT POLICE WITH WATER TRANSPARENT PROOFS ?
NOTHING ! The very society made sure nothing really happens to them . PIL’S and appeals were filed in the supreme court, the issue was raised in parliament that the trial of these 76 criminals should take place ‘outside Gujarat’ ! How convenient ? The Gujarat police nabs the bastards and the so called civil societies and NGO’S suddenly wake up and decide to shelter the culprits by taking them outside Gujarat !
SO WHERE ARE THEY ? cooling their heels in comfortable jails as the case is sub judice whether the trial needs to be done in Gujarat or outside.
Isn’t it frustrating? Doesn’t it make you angry and mad with rage ? vulnerable ! right ? so who is behind this ? you and I ! who let such within the society vermin’s do anti national acts in the name of democracy and justice !
NAXALITES : Even a street dog knows the threat value and damage perceptions of naxalism in context with India ! so why doesn’t action happen on them ? No sir they are tribal’s ! and tribal’s are a hot subject for any NGO worth its nefarious plan !
THE NGO’S AND SELF APPOINTED HUMAN RIGHTISTS ! Hundreds of sham NGOS’ I know off , are working grossly against the national interest in the name of poverty and backwardness .
It’s the same NGO’S who fought lock stock and barrel to make sure the Gujarat terrorists were not made to be tried within Gujarat ! what would you call them then? Aren’t they abetting crimes of the national interest ? aren’t they directly involved with the peace breakers of India ? Shouldn’t they be questioned for their nefarious missions?
IN THE NAME OF RELIGION : several NGO’S I can count are working 24x7 with a single strong mission . create and widen the gap between majority and minority ! trust me on this ! all in the name of social work, human rights and Non government organization. !
SECTION OF THE POLARIZED MEDIA :Being in media industry for two decades I know for sure how many tv channels and how many print tycoons work hand in hand with such ‘ messiahs’ of peace.
You and I are mock spectators. You and I don’t actually count ! you and I have an amoebic proportions when confronted with such ‘political activists and Human rights mercenaries’ !
Terrorism can be curbed ! almost within months . it can in fact be weeded out of India in less that two years ! only if the attitude and willingness of the political parties change .
How many acts of terrorisms happened after 9/11 in USA ? not one ! why ? the answer lies in what I already said above !
Reforms in judiciary will play the decisive role besides the political willingness to curb the terrorism monster. There are several developed country’s where there’s no system of trial courts ! The threat is neutralized within 24 hours if caught with basic evidence !
Ironically many amongst these are Islamic Countries like Indonesia ! Zero tolerance for terrorism here ! if a terrorist is caught with basic evidence to corroborate his entity, the enforcement agencies have to ensure the man is shot dead within 24 god dammed hours ! No NGO’S , no Human right activists will ever dare to speak in such an environment !
Why then in India can we not handle the issue of both external and internal terrorisms in a similar manner which is practical, easy and a deterrence for such horrendous perpetrators ?
The answer lies buried somewhere within us !
Its time for some self retrospection. Time to think beyond the vote banks , time to think beyond the passive let goes !
For this country can never be a super power as long as its internal security roots ar not firmly fixed on terra ferma .
