ANDHRA'S MOTHER OF ALL REALITY SHOWS: I guess it was simply a case of a first time ever a tragedy happening with none other than a chief minister of a big state. the government somewhere overreacted out of the issue. if government and the electronic media can blow so much of money , manpower and hype on prince the kid issue(still remember the kid who first fell down the borewell ? ), such mega steps were only logical to come. lets think rationional guys.

YSR was a different case. and my the way sudhir i do agree with your perceptions. but then again, being a country with limited financial resources , we can at times ill afford the 'mechanisms' (read technology) to avoid such humoungous wastage of resources. there was an instrument called GPI Ccosting 4 crores that was recommended as a safety auxiliary to YSR'S CHOPPER. THE devise catches any cellular / moble network in the area of 300 kms ! and gives the precise coordinates of the mishap site should any tragedy occurs. imagine it would have costed us zilch to locate the site and saved so much of fuss and confusion.
